1:1 Personalized Health Coaching
If you've explored the articles, completed the burnout assessment, watched the workouts, or started applying the recovery roadmap, you're already investing in your health.
For many people, those free resources are enough to begin making meaningful progress.
But if you're looking for a personalized plan, expert guidance, and support navigating the obstacles that inevitably come with behavior change, coaching can help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and efficiency.
You’ve already taken the first step.
Chronic stress & burnout is costing you more than you realize.
Personalized coaching will help you recover and move forward.
Why Work With a Coach Instead of Doing It Alone?
You can absolutely recover on your own.
In fact, that's why I've created hundreds of free articles, videos, workouts, and educational resources: to help you understand what recovery looks like and where to begin.
But if you're anything like the professionals I work with, your biggest challenge isn't access to information. It's time.
You don't want to spend the next three years wondering whether you're focusing on the right things. Or to partially recover but continue with behaviors and situations that land you back in burnout a few months down the road.
You want a clear plan. A trusted guide. A way off the burnout wheel.
And the confidence that the effort you're putting in is actually moving you toward the life you want. That's where coaching changes everything.
The Real Question: How Valuable Is Your Time?
How much time are you willing to spend sorting through conflicting advice, trying different approaches, and wondering whether you're focusing on the right things?
Working with a board-certified health & wellness coach gives you a knowledgeable partner to help you:
prioritize what will make the biggest impact first
avoid wasting time on strategies that don't fit your lifestyle
adapt your plan as life changes
stay accountable through setbacks
build sustainable habits with confidence
Instead of piecing together strategies from articles, podcasts, and social media, you'll have an evidence-based roadmap and an experienced guide to help you recover from chronic stress, rebuild your health, and create habits that support long-term resilience.
The goal isn't just to feel better.
It's to build a healthier, more sustainable way of living so you don't find yourself back in the same cycle a few years from now.
Working with a coach doesn't eliminate the work; it eliminates much of the guesswork.

My Coaching Philosophy
Your health is a system, not a checklist.
Most health advice focuses on improving one piece of the puzzle: eat better, exercise more, sleep longer.
But lasting change rarely happens by focusing on one habit in isolation. Your energy, stress levels, motivation, behaviors, relationships, environment, and overall health are constantly influencing one another.
As a board-certified health & wellness coach, I use the Deep Health approach to look beyond individual habits and consider the six interconnected areas that influence how you how you perform, adapt, and thrive.
Physical Health: Movement, nutrition, sleep, and recovery practices that support your energy and performance.
Mental Health: Thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that influence stress, focus, and decision-making.
Emotional Health: Developing awareness and regulation skills to navigate challenges without constantly operating in survival mode.
Relational Health: Building boundaries, connection, and support systems that protect your well-being.
Environmental Health: Creating routines, spaces, and systems that make healthy choices easier.
Existential Health: Aligning your daily actions with your values, purpose, and the life you want to create.
What Coaching Looks Like
A strategy built around your real life.
Every coaching relationship is tailored to the individual, but our work together typically includes:
✔ Clarifying your goals, priorities, and what success looks like in this season of life
✔ Understanding the behaviors, patterns, and obstacles that influence your ability to follow through
✔ Building realistic nutrition, fitness, sleep, and recovery strategies that support your energy and long-term health
✔ Creating routines and systems that fit your schedule, responsibilities, and lifestyle
✔ Applying evidence-based behavior change strategies to turn goals into consistent action
✔ Providing guidance, accountability, and support as you navigate challenges and adapt your plan over time
My approach combines health coaching, behavior change psychology, and performance management principles to help you bridge the gap between knowing what to do and consistently doing what moves you forward.
This isn't about perfection.
It's about building a sustainable approach to health that works for years — not just a few weeks.

Why Clients Choose Coaching
Your old strategies may no longer be serving you.
Most people already know the basics: eat better, exercise consistently, manage stress, and prioritize sleep.
But health becomes more complicated when you're balancing a demanding career, family responsibilities, chronic stress, and the realities of life after 40.
Many of my clients aren't starting from zero. They’re already putting in effort but the strategies that once worked may no longer be producing the same results. Extreme dieting, pushing harder through intense workouts, ignoring stress signals, or simply trying to “power through” can eventually leave you feeling depleted instead of healthier.
Coaching helps identify what’s actually getting in the way: whether that’s your nutrition, recovery, stress load, habits, mindset, environment, or the systems that support your daily life.
Together, we’ll create a personalized strategy that fits your current season of life. One that helps you build sustainable health without relying on outdated approaches or someone else’s plan.
What Clients Are Saying
Limited Availability
Personalized Coaching for a Small Number of Clients
To provide every client with exceptional support and individualized attention, I intentionally limit my coaching practice to a small number of clients at a time to ensure every person receives the attention, preparation, and individualized support required for meaningful, lasting change.
With a maximum of approximately 12 active coaching clients, I am able to go beyond generic recommendations and provide a comprehensive approach that considers the full picture of your health — including fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress management, recovery, and the daily habits that influence your long-term well-being.
My background in health coaching, fitness training, nutrition, sleep and stress recovery allows me to help you create sustainable strategies that fit your lifestyle, challenges, and goals, rather than relying on one-size-fits-all advice.
This approach allows me to show up fully for each client because effective coaching requires more than a scheduled call. It requires preparation, presence, and a coach who has the capacity to truly understand what you need to succeed.
When coaching spots become available, applications are reviewed in the order they're received.
FAQs

Health Coaches aren’t Therapists and Therapists aren’t Health Coaches.
Both specialists have their own separate scope of practice, unless otherwise credentialed.
Frequently, Therapists and Health Coaches work in conjunction with each other, in their own scope of practice, as specialized members of your personal care team.
Scope of practice overview:
Therapists: Treat mental illness, emotional difficulties, trauma, relationship issues.
Provide assessments and counseling, implement evidence-based interventions and treatment plans, collaborating with other professionals, and provide referrals when necessary, all within the limitations of their specific training and licensure, which may vary by state and specialization.
Therapists typically specialize in a particular area with advanced training and credentials to provide behavioral therapy treatments such as: CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.
Health Coaches: Support clients in developing self-directed health goals, implementing action plans, and creating sustainable lifestyle changes.
Health coaches can provide general health coaching or specialize in particular areas of wellness. They can help with goal setting, action planning, prioritization, education and skill development, accountability and support, as well as being part of a larger care team.
They do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide therapeutic interventions unless holding additional credentials within their professional scope. Health coaches provide referrals to medical providers when necessary.
The importance of specialization and additional credentials:
Both therapists and health coaches have their niche areas for which they specialize and may have additional formal training and qualifications to offer more specialized services.
It’s important to look further into their additional credentials within the specialized area you are seeking support to make sure they are qualified and experienced to assist you.
For stress management and burnout recovery, it may be helpful to work with a health coach that is also qualified to provide more specialized guidance around: stress management and recovery, sleep, fitness, nutrition, goal prioritization, etc.
Specific additional credentials to look for in a coach could include:
Certified Sleep Coach
Certified Stress Management and Burnout Recovery Coach
Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
Certified Nutrition Coach or Nutritionist
Certified Goals Coach or OKRs Coach

No, they are not the same.
While both aim to improve well-being, my specialized approach focuses specifically on helping clients overcome chronic stress and burnout. With credentials as a NBC-HWC Master Health Coach, Licensed Sports Nutritionist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Sleep Stress Management Recovery Coach, Change Psychology Specialist, Goals Performance Coach, and Certified Yoga Instructor, I have specialized tools and methods to address the deeper impacts of stress on mental, physical, and emotional health.
This targeted coaching provides a holistic plan for building resilience, restoring energy, and developing strategies that support lasting recovery and stress management, unlike general health coaching, which may not focus on these specific issues.

Yes, a 3 month minimum commitment is required.
Real change, especially in stress management and burnout recovery, takes time, consistency, and a supportive structure to establish lasting habits and improvements.
This commitment allows us to work together to identify stressors, build resilience, and implement sustainable strategies to help you reclaim your health and well-being. I’m dedicated to guiding you through this journey, ensuring you have the tools and support needed for meaningful transformation.
My goal is that through your program you not only achieve the results you want, but that you develop the skills, education, and tools to successfully manage your wellness on your own when you’re ready. Coaching isn’t forever, it has an endpoint where you essentially “graduate.”
