50-Min Yoga Sculpt Workout | Full Body Strength + Cardio
Former studio athletes: welcome back. This Yoga Sculpt workout blends power yoga, strength training, and cardio intervals into one challenging full-body class. Inspired by the boutique studio classes many of us loved, this session combines yoga flow, dumbbells, and bodyweight strength work to build endurance, strength, and stability.
Expect a dynamic sequence that will challenge your muscles, elevate your heart rate, and leave you feeling strong. Perfect for former studio regulars who want a sculpt-style workout at home or in the gym.
Equipment
• Dumbbells
• Yoga mat
• Light set: 2–3 lb
• Medium set: 3–5 lb
• Optional: yoga blocks
