Hi! I’m Michelle.
I'm a certified master health and wellness coach, NASM personal trainer, and high performance coach with over 10 years of experience in private nutrition and fitness coaching for ambitious professionals.
I understand that nutrition and exercise are important, but so is lifestyle and stress management. I specialize in promoting wellbeing and recovery for optimal performance. My areas of focus include sleep, stress management, and recovery; behavior change psychology; and yoga mindfulness.
In addition to my health and wellness background, I have advised HR Performance Management Teams and Strategy Teams on their goals and performance management programs, coaching on best practices for individual and organizational success. I’ve worked with over 100 organizations, including well-known tech companies, professional sports organizations, hospital systems, and investment banking groups.
